Ice Tray - a tiny quilt top

A few months ago I printed some fabric by rolling a foam roller over the fabric with an ice tray underneath.  The fabric doesn't look too good, but I quite liked that patten I achieved. 

So I used a photo of the fabric to make a pattern and I have made up a tiny quilt top (like the dredger prototype) to test whether I want to proceed to a bigger version.

But, I probably wont have time to finish the prototype given we sail for Tasmania tommorow.  I am very worried as gale force winds are predicted and seasickness is very likely (unless I dose up on Qwells).  The ferry is big, but it does get up a fair roll when charging through the wilds of Bass Strait.

So given that I'm heading of to Tasmania, visiting relatives and friends and generally drinking way too much, this blog wont be updated again until around 26 April.  (unless I can steal some time on the net at Riscy's dad's place).
